I know some old European cars like VW and Mercedes have yellow headlights. I guess the beam pattern is LHD, so it is legal not because of the colour.

The yellow lights are in fact covers for snow driving (were made in Australia) and simply remove as they are about 3mm moulded plastic.

Royal exceed has tweeters on dash and heated seats and very rare in the later models (think the latest I have seen is 1998) unlike the green over grey colour scheme

its either made in australia or taiwan.
but was been told some of my friend in canada is illegal to put yellow cover on the headlight.
only clear one is allowed
