Middle bench seat dimensions

Hi All,
I've been trying all my best google tricks for a week or so now, but can't seem to find the answer to my seemingly simple question. I am about to build a storage/bed frame unit in my van, but would like it to accommodate a replacement middle bench seat, once I find one (any ideas??). I have a design, but need to know two things:
1) what is the height (from the floor) and the length (front to back) of the middle bench seat when laid flat (without head rests, please)? and
2) when the middle bench seat is laid flat, does it sit up against the engine?
If there's anyone out there who feels like heading out to their van with a tape measure, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I promise to post pictures when it's done!
