L300 Insulation Installation and Sliding Windows

Hi guys/gals.
1) I'm wanting to insulate my 1999 L300 Delica low roof TD. How do I go about this? I've bust a couple round plastic clips (that I'm not sure how to replace) and feel I'm going to eff things up royally without some advice. The roof/ceiling seems particularly difficult.
2) How do I go about replacing my side pop windows with ones that slide open. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Amazon sells the plastic clips as well as a few tools to make sure u dont break them when installing/reinstalling. We stripped out all the panels on the sides. We went with a layer of reflectives inside the plans for insulation with room for airflow; from what I read if you stick insulation to the walls they might absorb moisture and rust out the car from inside. But there are diffrent schoolsof thogh on that so u just need to read and make a decision. For the panels themselves we used a 3 layer sandwitch. underlayment in the outside, reflective in the middle and speaker carpet on the outside. Using the clips from amazon we were able to install them using the existing punch holes that were used with original panels. From my experience you need to F things up just a little to find your way around; but you will be happy with the end results :) Good luck.
Regarding sliding windows; we need to do the same. Ventilation is a big issue in the Deli's and the pop outs just dont cut it. But they are replacable once you find the parts.
