Can anyone tell me what I need to do to adjust the idle speed on my L400?

If a picture becomes necessary in explaining this, I appreciate your time in advance.

As the general consensus appears to be that I do not know what I'm talking about, and cause more harm than good, I am removing this post so that others are not tricked in to following my ill-advised instructions.

Thanks for the help.

I think I've got the idle screw figured out. I remember reading that regular idle speed is between 750 and 900 RPM.

As for cold idle speed, what RPM should it be set at?

When I just start the engine cold, it's really rough. A chugging coughing kind of vibration. If I press the gas pedal and get the RPM up to just over 1000, it becomes normal. This roughness only lasts for a short while.
