Are there any North American oil filters that can be used in a L400 2.8l? Also where can one buy C-1523 Oil Filters in Lower Mainland and Okanagan?

hi, i do have original filter mitsubishi for $ 32 each made in Japan

Should be able to get oil filters for L400 2.8liter Diesel from any Mitsu Fuso dealer.
Mitsubishi part number ME228898.
Mardy has the better price if you are in the area.
