Coolant LEAK but only when COLD!
I'm thinking I may as well change out the timing belts at the same time. Is it a difficult job? I have a mechanic friend who has worked on Diesel engines before but not a Delica and he is willing to tackle it with me.

Well I (with the help of a buddy) located the coolant leak problem and Growlerbearnz you were right ..... it's the water pump! Super happy to know what the problem is!

Thanks for the reply! I pulled the coolant tank out and it seemed all good .... no leaks there so I suspect it may be a hose (I hope). I have an appointment with Rising Sun Auto on June 6 and I'm crossing my fingers it's nothing to terribly expensive!
