Re: L400 rust common areas and how to repair it
If one does not have your technical ability Jesse, where does one go to get this done and what would be the approximate cost of getting it done?

Re: Replacing lightbulb in heater control unit - how to?
I have a 94 L400 and I did not realize that there was a light on the controls that would be very handy to have. I have zero mechanical knowledge, so where would I go to get this fixed. My wife just read this post and wants it fixed if possible.

Cruise Control
I did a search on cruise control, and having no mechanical knowledge I was wondering if there is mechanic shop in the lower mainland where I could buy and have installed a cruise control system on a L400. Would anyone happen to know how much it would cost? I checked with one mechanic and he said tha...

Re: Aircare
So after worrying about Aircare (I have not been part of the process over the last 11 years), it turned out to be very easy. My L400 van got a .63 opacity, I believe the number they got for fuel economy to be a bit a high but the rest of the numbers were in the green on the low end. There really is ...

Re: Aircare
Anything I should do to my van to help, we have been doing our regular maintenance, but wondering if I should get a tune-up/put in an additive to help clean etc? This is what I was searching for, but it appears from the comments that I do not need to do anything to my vehicle to help it pass other ...

Re: Expensive Parts at Japanoid
Just after I post this I read about a big thank you for CVI, I believe that Japanoid is going to lose customers unless they decide to get their prices more in line with their competitors.

Expensive Parts at Japanoid
This is an email I recently sent to Japanoid in regards to their pricing of their parts. Obviously I think that they are expensive what do you think? Unfortunately I do not have any mechanical knowledge. This means that I have to shop carefully for garages, I want good parts with good prices. "...

Re: I'm needing some post-accident advice...
I was rear ended in my L400 this June, ICBC brought me in to look at it and did not know how much it was going to cost. They gave me a bare-bones estimate to take to an autobody shop. The bill ended up around 1500, ICBC did not write me off. There are more of these vehicles around now and people bri...

Re: ItsiBishi
Itsibishi is back on the road and looking great. Would definitely recommend Dan and Royal City Auto Painting. Still need to talk to ICBC because they say that they will not pay for an alignment, which I definitely feel is important after being hit. Do not know anything else about ICBC's plans except...

ItsiBishi
We have had our van for six months now and love it, finally decided to introduce ourselves even though we were at one of the mini-meets at Ikea and met a number of you. Turns out that our van is one of the few that still has its curtains, who knew? We call our van Itsibishi for obvious reasons. It i...

Oil synthetic versus regular for a daily driver
I have owned my Delica now since November and am now due for an oil change. I live in PoCo, which is quite close to Assiniboine Motors and have seen there prices on here. Are those prices typical? How is that establishment? I purchased through Japanoid but do not like their hours. Next question is s...

Not that I am trying to speak for Chris but it is the middle Captain's seats. The plugs are along the sliding track.
