I've been trying to find the toyota rim that suits our lug nuts, but have only been able to find the toyota rims with a flat lug nut. Could somebody tell me which rim i'm after.

If the wheel has a tapered lug, use acorn/tapered seat style lug nuts (Mitsubishi common)

If the wheel has a flat lug, use flat/mag seat style lug nuts.(Toyota common) *pictures below

By posting this, you are inferring that a member enquiring about wheels can use that chart to purchase wheels for an L300 which is incorrect.

The correct information below has been posted (above) hand over fist in the past few years on this forum yet is not stickied nor in the FAQ section.

I have been running a set of Toyo wheels for a year now with the wrong lugs and this post brought this to light for me. Thx.

Hmm..

no comment, other than I too bought wrong lugs because I couldn't find accurate relevant information. This would have saved me from buying the wrongs ones and having a couple lugs come off over a few months.. please update the FAQ bible or whatever.

There can be grave/fatal consequences if using a tapered acorn style (Mitsu) lug nut on a flat hub centric style (Toyo) wheel or vice versa.

A long term member or an administrator. It does not matter. What matters is the content and how it is received and used in real life.

There is as much incorrect or incomplete information as there is correct and complete on the net.

The best sound advice I can say is to get at least two opinions from professionals in that specific area (in this case service shops / tire shops).

Another thing to consider is if you have aftermarket wheels. Stores like Lordco may not know unless the person behind the counter can visually see the wheels to match up the lug nuts. Service shops like CVI and tire shops like Fountain/Kal Tire are the places to 100% confirm you have the right nuts (pardon the pun).
