Re: Brake Master Cylinder
Hi Marjorie
(I've edited my post here to give you the part #'s you need when calling the parts suppliers below).
The Master Brake cylinder is the same for ALL 5spd manual Mitsubishi Star Wagon's from 1989 to 1999
Part #'s :
MB407060 - Master Brake Cylinder Assembly (approx $245 USD)
MB928395 - Master Brake Cylinder seal kit (approx $58 USD) * if you intend to have yours fixed this is the overhaul kit you need.
Part suppliers in Canada (that have shipped south):
Mardy at Amazing Auto Imports:
http://www.amazingautoimports.com/phpwcms/
Glen at Coombs Country Autos:
http://ccautos.ca/maintenance/
Steven at Rising Sun Imports:
http://www.rs-import.ca/index.php
John at Rocky Mountain Imports:

Contact email and phone numbers are there.
They should be able to assist you for parts shipped down to Jamaica.
Cheers

Re: Brake Master Cylinder
Hi Marjorie,
You're in Jamaica, correct? In Canada we don't have the '98 Delicas yet, not for a year, anyway (Canadian 15 year rule). If you are having trouble with suppliers in Jamaica then there are some suppliers in Canada but they might not yet be privy to any design modifications that may have occurred in the '98 model. Have you contacted your local Mitsubishi Dealer? Surely they must carry that part.
Falco.
