CVI Deli Tune

Post by mycale »

Anyone have a rough estimate on the cost for the CVI Deli tune?? We are heading to the Mainland next week and I am thinking of giving the vruck a nice clean out. Was also considering the Turbo clean up as well...I know CVI generally has lots of positive comments but can anyone speak to the Deli-tune/turbo tune specifically?

I had my L400 run through at CVI and they did the Delitune. The injectors were clogged and the timing needed adjustment. The unit had just come over from Japan and it was tops on my priority list of preventive maint. The injector pump was in need of service too, glad it was CVI that found the problem before I drove back to Alberta with it.

I think it's around $380 for the Delica Tune. Best to contact CVI and find out from them: (604)-247 0500.

hi, mycale,
i dont think you need delica tune on yours as i did it when you buy the car from me.
i service all me delica L300 and L400 with good delica tune whne i sell.
all you need is to put diesel additives on it. to keep th einjector runs with lubricity on the nozzle.
as diesel fuel here dont have lubricity.
as per turbo for L400 usually L400 dont usually leak , only L300 has bad leak on this.
its much stronger than L300 as they upgraded the design of the turbo.
hope this help cheers;
Mardy
