Broke my weird exhaust hanger.

I recently noticed that my tailpipes were the cause of the vibration sound at the rear of the van; one was too close to the bumper, the other was just loose (dual pipes).

I intended on doing a quick tighten of the nut which holds the rubber grommet. I was a little heavy on the wrench and broke the bolt/grommet section in half.

Can I ask if anyone has experience in replacing these grommets? How do I remove the remaining broken bit? and where is a good place to get a replacement?
