Anybody tried adding a sun roof to their Delica?
Where did they get it done and how do they like it?
The lack of opening windows in the rear seems to allow my van to heat up quickly when it is hot and sunny. I know, I know.....how often does it get sunny here on the lower mainland.

fantastic fan
After a non-stressful day at work and an exhausting explosive evening, I enjoy sitting back on my couch and watching classics. If the mood strikes me, Skyrim is my current flavor.

Fan is okay, but I would prefer a sun roof which would be larger and not require any wiring....

There are body shops that do this, but I doubt anyone with a Delica has done it as you can get them with one or two sunroofs already.
Is your A/C gone? (Mine is, compressor clutch is out, should be a simple fix).

Re: L400 Jasper 1996 sun roo
Airconditioner works fine ...... Don't want to use it when I can open the two front windows and get some circulation with a sun roof.

Yeah its too bad that vans in general moved from slider type rear windows to pop-outs. My airconditioning never worked and the L400 is a big forno oven in the summer for all the back seat passengers when not travelling at highway speeds. Too bad the crystal lite sections didn't also pop-out like they did on earlier Toyota Townace vans, then at least the hot air could escape while not moving.

Exactly my point!
Waiting for the ferry the other day at Horseshoe Bay was brutal and it wasn't really that hot outside, but the sun was shining.
Can't run the air there.
