Is anyone even at Japanoid??

I've been trying to get in touch with people at Japanoid for the past month (maybe even a bit longer) now. I've left several messages with Shogo, and have tried the sales line, parts line etc. I have yet to talk to anyone there, let alone receive a call back. Perhaps they're out of town? I'd drive down there, but I'm not super close by, and don't want to go all that way if there's no-one there.

Anyone know what's going on?!?!

Sorry, my reply was quite off topic in a way but your question was about where is everyone at Japanoid. I would expect you are after parts, from my experiences your barking up the wrong tree. However those experiences have lead me to RMI which are responsive, fair and quick for parts. Amazing is good too just a bit more running around but no shipping as they are local. As for service I suggest CVI. I am sure Japanoid is fine too however IMO my dealings have been less than satisfactory as they live up to their name and left me ___anoid.

This is my opinion so take it for what it is worth. However to answer your main question about "where are they"? I couldn't tell you but it seems to me that by running a business like that they aren't very interested in your business so why go out of your way to provide them with yours.

Well it's more to get them to "fix" a job they, shall we say, didn't do too well over a year ago. I'm guessing that would explain the lack of callbacks on their part. Still would like to give them the benefit of a doubt that they will help me out, but I'm not holding my breath.

Well if they keep tabs on Delica.ca like the other smart mechanics do and they are interested in showing that they can provide good service and discredit some of my opinions, they would be insane not to call you back and take good care of you. That just seems like free advertising and common buisness sense to me. However you can only lead a horse to water...

I spent $500 at Japanoid last summer to fix three things, and all three turned out to be less than satisfactory. When I phoned them repeatedly to discuss the matter, no one answered the phone, no one returned my messages.

With service like that, if there's anyone at Japanoid, I suspect they won't be there very much longer.

Try calling from a different telephone, in case they are monitoring who calls :)
