Waxed Blueberry by hand. It was awful and nearly killed me. Next time I will use something electrical.
Successfully removed the melted piece of rope holding up my exhaust. I fixed the muffler hanger (that I broke) with some JB weld. I like this stuff!

1. Verified that rear AC can run without front AC. Very 'cool'...har har har.
2. Removed all electric curtain tracks in prep for getting windows tinted, and to give the tracks a scrub down and lube down to see if that gets them working again.

Replaced the nasty rusted spotties with some fresh ones. Still figuring out how to wire them in (and a new set of led DRL), but at least step one is complete.
Removing stuff is always so much easier than putting stuff back together. I am finding this applies well to home renovations and delica maintenance equally.

Finally replaced my AC compressor, the original that was a new replacement in June last year when I bought my van was unfortunately not guaranteed even tho it it only blew cold for 2 weeks. It is nice to roll up the windows on highway and cruise in cool comfort.
Props to CCA.

Changed the oil, replaced glow plugs and polished the grounding bar. I also went back to the wrecker and scooped a pair of like new rear caliper assemblies with pads and hoses attached! Awesome find.
That broken L400 is still giving good bits.

Just a little thing. I changed the clutch- and brake pedal pads.
I found them on eBay. Very good quality, made in japan.

If you interested too, ask this guy on eBay: http://myworld.ebay.com/holee138/ to list more of these ones.
Price was around 10 - 15$ with shipping.

Emptied the catch can - does sound like much, but it wasnt easy as was installed very strangely. Don't think has ever been dumped as the oil had separated into sludge and clear stuff.
Also rerouted catch can return to the wheel well instead on air intake. Full can and routing could explain some smokiness. Time will tell.

Sand blasted my new to me set of wheels and put a heavy coat of clear on them. Also finsihed my crossover intake pipe.

Re: What did you do TO your Delica today?
Met up with Dallas and he wired in my LED DRL lights and new spotties. It was a great experience and I learned a ton!
The only things lacking were a few cold beers. Probably not so bad considering we started at 08:00.
If you need a hand with Deli electricals, I would highly recommend connecting with Dallas Haggerstone.
For those interested: I got the lights from superbrightleds.com for ~$20. I will post up some photos during day & night.
