Wooow! Very sexy black Deli. Nice work.
Can you explain us the"filter flowing waste gate design casting" type of the hot side?
What is the difference?

Not sure if it's depending on year/model but on the Pajero/Shogun there are a few variants of the same turbo. The standard one on the P25W and P35W for Japan normally fires the gases into a shared casting. where as some on the Shogun came with a divider and the gases stay separated for around 10 inches until just before the downpipe flange.
I've opted for the latter and ported parts of the casting, tidying up anything greatly interupting flow and radiusing the waste gate flap. Basically applied alot which I would do for a petrol turbo charged car.

Re: Drive-By's L300
The arch extensions are fibreglass items I got second hand from Japan and they've been flatted back to the gel coat layer then high build primed and shaped smooth until ready for paint. Paint is Lechler product and is Mitsubishi code X94 Lamp Black which is just a pure flat gloss black. All credit for the finish goes to my good friend Nigel at GNA BodyshopFalcoColumbarius wrote:Way cool, Drive By, keep us posted. What product are you painting your arches with?
Falco.
