discount tire co in surrey was best for my mudders... or within $5 of costco... but had them in stock... those are the 2 i would look into. Best deal by far compared to the others.

Re: whos got the best deal on BFG AT
Went to cosco tonight to see what was there, the guy said he wouldn't put them on for me because they were over stock maximum dimensions they have ''rules'' they must fallow ,now as for putting 30 9.5 15 on the stock rims my understanding is that they will fit ,yes. they quoted me around $750 bucks uninstalled. I think ill try your place i dont really want to buy new rims or used ones just want tires.do you have the location of this place in surrey, or a land mark to go off.
thanks

Re: whos got the best deal on BFG AT
I think this has been discussed already but did we decide BFG AT was the best overall on/offroad tire? how are they on ice and snow covered roads?
I'm tempted to switch to them simply for the ability to 'air down'

actually they will fit the vehicle, but not the rims... they don't "safely" fit on the narrow rims that come with the delica, you need a wider rim, tire shops don't want to mount them for you on too narrow a rim for fear that you'd sue them if it came off on the highway (and I can't blame them!)for putting 30 9.5 15 on the stock rims my understanding is that they will fit

Actually they do safetly fit the stock rims and any tire shop will mount them. You only need to step up to 7" wide rim if you want to jump to the 31/10.5/15's... 30/9.5/15's are almost identical in size to the more popular 235/75/15Green1 wrote:actually they will fit the vehicle, but not the rims... they don't "safely" fit on the narrow rims that come with the delica, you need a wider rim, tire shops don't want to mount them for you on too narrow a rim for fear that you'd sue them if it came off on the highway (and I can't blame them!)for putting 30 9.5 15 on the stock rims my understanding is that they will fit

Re: whos got the best deal on BFG AT
No need to go to 7, but they recommend 6.5 if you want 30 inch tires (30 is considered the maximum size for 6.5s by the way)
it's not that the tires WILL come off, but that they COULD come off, and no tire shop wants to take that risk.

Re: whos got the best deal on BFG AT
Got the BFG AT today $780 mounted after tax ,he gave me $50 off for my old ones at Curtis tire in Abbotsford i went with the 30s no prob on the stock 6.5 rims they look great,no spin in the rain even with higher RPM turning corners,or starting on steep hills, they handle nicely and are not loud on the freeway. They do look pretty knarly on there. It was a fairly big purchase to make so close to Christmas but i needed to have a tire that i could still play in ,and feel confident in when im playing in it with my 3 kinders ,looking forward to next 24hr snow fall or just heading into the forest.

Re: whos got the best deal on BFG AT
Any chance to get some photos?
Still have not cranked up the torsion bars on the front - and running some gnarly 30" right now - but buddy is offering some Toyota 31" + rims this spring. But I like the stock look of the aluminum rims that came with the deli so thinking maybe to go with BFGAT 20' and leave well enough alone. Hope you can post something.
All the best,
Sean
