I work for BC Transit and side work a little. As suggested above you could switch your front tires to the rear and see if the shimmy moves to you steering wheel. If it doesn't then you know its a rear end, rear shock or rear drive shaft. Is this a new vehicle to you?
Rereading your other posts you said it goes away when going down hill, does it get worse if you going up hill or accelerating hard?

It does get worse on an uphill, drove to Seattle a while ago and noticed more shimmy on a steeper hill

Re: Sliding door won't open
I bought it about 8 months ago from this guy Brad and it's been nothing but problem after problem, he talked a good game and I put my faith in him but he took me for a ride.... I had the injector pump rebuilt $1000 among other things and I just dropped $6000.00 getting the corrosion out of the frame and welded. I'm too far in now to give up, I do love the van but I hope this shimmy won't ruin me, I've got 2 babies that cost a lot and I don't know if my bank account can handle another big expense

Crawl under and give the drive shaft and slip joint a good up and down wiggle u-joints should have zero and the slip joint might have a tiny bit. Try and grease them and drive it see if it is better.
