It's looking like I'll be there almost an hour early so if anyone can make it earlier I'll be there reading in my van (it's amazing how close that is to reading on the can, yet so different - although, if it will most likely be an Archie comic so the literature's about the same).

That was great! It was awesome to meet you cats and I hope we can hook up again sometime and somewhere down the road. I love finding people to chat about these vans with in person.
DasBung- Great to meet you and chat. Love the van, I will find out about that filter for you tomorrow.
Solonoid- Really awesome to finally meet you and the family. The vans united! Drop me a line sometime and maybe we can meet up again.
Nxski- It was sweet to finally meet you in person. I have really enjoyed your trip footage so far and am just happy to be involved in one of the stops. Safe trip the rest of the way.

It was great meeting everyone! Those are two of the nices L400's around. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do with your van DasBung (we hung out long after the meet and talked mods among other things). I was stoked to see another young guy with love for the 300's.

This being my first Delica meet, all I can say is WOW! Great vans, great people, great time! Planned on only staying for around an hour, due to an upcoming midterm, but ended up hanging out with nxski and his absolutely jaw dropping L300 till almost 11:30. It is one thing to see his van online, but COMPLETELY different to see it in person. I could not believe what he has accomplished, the thought process and skill required to complete such a task is beyond me. Absolutely stunning.

Representing the L400 force were two vans that could convert even the most loyal L300 lovers. There is most definitely some truth to the statement that the L400's look better in person. It was great to finally have a look up close, and not just with a fleeting glimpse on a highway. CREGAN and solanoid, your vans made me think twice about going with my beloved L300.

It's clear that I have some work to do on the van, and I have definitely been bitten by the "mod" bug. If anyone wants to meet again at IKEA, or some place we can throw'em in 4x4, by all mean's let me know!
