Where to get oil changed in the San Francisco area

Post by bojo »

On an extended US trip in my 97 L400, can anyone suggest to me where in the SF bay area would be good to take her in for oil and filter and general maintenance?
regards

A Fuso dealer for a filter and anywhere for an oil change. If you search for oil filter part numbers you may find a local auto parts store to get one from too.

Oil Can Henry's is my favourite of the chains, they have done a good job.

I went to Walmart in the US once MISTAKE! Don't do that. (I had a severe leak due to the filter being put on with the old seal stuck on the engine....)

Find a Mitsubishi Fuso dealer near you, go in and pick up part: ME228898

That is the oil filter for an L400. Expensive, but you do not want any other filter really.

Bring that to Oil Can Henry's and give them the filter when they do the change. Get lots of attention from all the people, checking out the van. ;)
