All right! Looks like you'll have a Paj along as well! Can't let you delis have all the fun. Big Bird and I have spent many a fun day in Waiparous, but none so fun as winter time. Winter is the great equalizer, so we'll all be on a level playing field...

Gear has been covered.. did anyone mention a shovel? :)

I just got invited to Saturday through a friend.
I sold my L300 last year, will I be shunned if I show up in a Tacoma?

You won't be shunned if you bring a picnic lunch for everyone. Just fill up the bed of the Tacoma with goodies, and you will be welcomed with open arms

Seriously though, you are very welcome. We often have non-Deli owners join us on these trips.

I have good strong shovel, tow straps, and come along, so no one need to worry about that stuff if they don't have.

May I suggest that you all bring along appropriate footwear for the occasion. Digging out in sneakers is a drag or especially if you're standing in a creek hooking up cables, also gloves,etc.

If the Van starts, we will be there!

We have received one vehicle with a winch among the crew....

Dress warm folks, have cloths that block wind as the valley does get gusts from Devils Tower and Lake Minnewanka which we will be due east of on our trail of choice.

I guess everyone was punctual. We were running late and didn't get to the Tim's until 9:30, and there were no Delis. So we did our own drive on the back roads, then retired to Olive 'r Twist in Cochrane for lunch.
