...anytime I see a southern USA "member" in Delica.ca you can be pretty much be certain they are a spammer.(unless they are a noted regular doing a trip.. which is usually posted) Where do these idiot's get the time???

They aren't cheap...but they have a lot of weird and oddball stuff, including several Delicas.

I'm not sure about the L400, I saw several L300s and a Pajero pickup. I *might* have seen a 400 but I was pretty focused on L300 and if I did see one I ignored it. Best to call 'em up. 250-478-4751. But I'm not kidding about price; dude wants $1000.00 for a good used head, about the cost of a new one.
