Radiators?
I took my rad in to Alpine to have them check it over, and looks like it's been serviced at least once before, and i showing it's age. He's going to pressure test it. I might just replace it, and looking around I see that there are aluminum and copper ones available. I'm not sure if the ones sold by Maximum Overdrive in Richmond are all aluminum or aluminum and plastic, but they are like $100 cheaper than their copper rads, probably because of the difference in metal cost. What have people used? I know that pretty much all vehicles these days use the aluminum plastic type, so it's not like it's inherently bad/weak technology. The rebuild place will likely want around $500 to recore the old one, so that's out.
My new novel A Dark and Promised Land has just been released by Dundurn Press. "On the eve of war he is compelled to reclaim her love, setting himself against his people amid a conflict that will form a nation." http://www.darkpromisedland.com/

Re: Radiators?
Copper/brass is my vote. I don't like the aluminium ones with their plastic tanks. Okay for race cars that get rebuilt after each race but not for Starwagons, in my humble opinion. What kind of Delica are you driving? Starwagon or Space Gear?
