The bottles are exploding (weird)? Cheap parts maybe?

Whats the temperature gauge sitting at once everything is warm?

If you are having bad luck with the plastic version there is an aluminum tank available.
Google 'Tig weld 4u'.

Having gone through a few of my own, I am now on my third which is 3yrs old...and it is OEM from Japan. The other ones were not. If your popping these OEM ones I would say you have some other issue with to much heat perhaps.

Have a mechanic check that your cooling system is intact. A cracked head or leaky head gasket may over pressurize the cooling system.

If that checks out, just buy the aluminum bottle from tigweld4u. Great quality, same cost as a replacement plastic one.

I was going to suggest the aluminium water bottle, but you should first check your cooling system and its integrity. If the bottle is over-pressurising, maybe there's something more wrong.

Second vote for checking the engine over for any possible weak points. A leakdown test will quickly tell a tech if something is wrong. Where is the leak occuring? At the glued seam of the container?
