Shogun on the youtube!

Post by robbieg »

Funny/bad name for a show, but kind of fun. Pacing needs a bit of work... something good to have on in the background if you're doing something mindless, though.

MK1 shogun in this episode... kind of cool! Kind of bagged, though.

Definitely, if they were to do this as a business, the profit margins are too low. The only way they make it work is because they have their tv show income in addition.

Interesting to see how little Pajero parts in the UK are worth.

I assume they could hold out for more money if they had more than 3 days of buy a car and flog off all the parts.

It's kind of a fun show... I've watched a few episodes now.

Good for background noise yeah.

Nick, in the states you can get montero parts just as cheap, we just get fleeced. I couldn't believe how cheap that defender was, and that it didn't have a better rollcage!

Pajeros are indeed really cheap here, but Defenders have a lot of scene tax, even series landies these days, back in the day they were as cheap as chips.

As I write this I've just heard a pajero go up the hill outside the house, how sad am I...

Cheap but beat to crap apparently lol. Whats a scene tax? For 4x4/suv?

I think you guys were doing the grey market thing a way before us so they've depreciated to their actual value. Our Mitsu's won't be worth any more once they start to show their age and the importers under spray paint rusts through.
