Anybody know of a resource for determining date of manufacture according to the VIN/Frame number?

and I will tell you month and year.

According to the JDM On Line link in "Useful Links for Vehicle Part Identification Purposes." in Delica FAQ Section ~ The Miss Lil' Bitchi was born on the Third of October, 1992. It is pretty accurate. Although it didn't tell me what time of day it was, but I'm cool with that.
