Rear Bench Seat Clearance

i'm in the planning stage on a new camper design.
L300 owners who drive with the rear bench seat, a few questions.

with the rear bench in its' stock upright location, how much room is left between the back of the seat and the rear door?

how high does the rear bench sit? I suspect that it bolts down onto the rear wheel wells.
i'm trying to get an idea on how much volume is under the rear bench for storage trays/drawers.

I suspect that I will be designing my new camper soon.

The rear bench slides, so the space behind the seat varies. You can't fit anything large under the seats, but you can get some plastic boxes that will slide in there.

Yeah as above it has 3 locking positions. I use a box like this under mine:

But solid sides, it fits neatly under and holds a bunch of stuff, it has slots in the sides, so i run a strap from the front slots back to the seat 'lift' bar and make a loop, it means it can slide back into the luggage area easily, but is restricted from moving forward into the passenger area.

I was considering doing something similar under the front seats using a box with a SLA battery and inverter etc, but havent got round to it yet.

so if the bench slides all the way back, how much room is left behind it?
is there still enough room behind the bench to fold it flat?

I believe it only folds flat in the middle and forward position.

It actually folds flat in all 3 positions with the headrest off, and the furthest back position is where it needs to go in order to make the forward bench flat to make the 'bed'.

Here is a pic at the fully rear position. I have a toolbox which fits under that height, as well as the crate which goes under the seat itself. I can take measurements if you like. Excuse all the crap:

distances from the back door(closed) to the back of the seat in the upright position in the forward, middle and rear positions please.

Hola, heres some rough measurements. These are taken at the top of the high level brake light housing back to the seat roughly parallel to the floor (as opposed to up to the seat corner) and from the bottom of the seat back, back to the door. The seat back bottom is roughly 30cm from the floor.

Nearest door: 25, 41
Middle:: 33, 50
Nearest Cab: 43, 60

All in cm.
