New Delica Owner in Ottawa
Am I the only one? Does anyone have a good delica mechanic in Ottawa. Bought the green 1996 Active world from Montreal. Getting the appraisal and safety in the next few days and then getting it registered here in Ontario. I'm sure you guys will be hearing lots from me soon. By the way where is the best place to start looking for middle seats for the l300 Active world.

Heh...Ottawa is home. I don't think I ever saw a Deli there. You should be able to find an import parts place, though. There's a place on Woodward that does German...maybe they do JDM as well...?

I lived in the Ottawa area for the high school years as well. South Carleton '93 (yeah I LOL at that school too). Moved back out west the same day as my last exam

One of the last things I did before I moved here to the Island was to attend GHS' 50th Anniversary Reunion. Good times.

I saw an L300 high roof parked at Avenue Garage on Richmond.... So maybe you're not the only one, or maybe that was yours.

So there's at least one place in Ottawa that will repair and maintain JDM?Klecko wrote:It was me.....Just got some safety issues sorted..nothing major. Airconditioning wasn't working but the guys found a wire that was not connected at the battery....score! All is running well!

Ahh... that was a nice looking van then. I'd seen it from across the street and had to take a close up walkaround of it on the way back. Had to introduce my 1 year old nephew to what a Delica was, but I think he was sound asleep in his stroller. He missed all the excitement.

Re: New Delica Owner in Ottawa
Did you ever locate a good place to have your Delica serviced in Ottawa? I'll be moving there soon from Vancouver and trying to figure out if I can bring my vehicle with me.
