As the title says, my 31" Duratracs have almost completely wrecked the inside of the slider. It was fine for months but then one corner must have caught and slowly peeled itself back, so now the door only slides open about two feet or less.
So, just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and what the solution was? I'm assuming that I'll just have to remove the lower half of the panel and replace it with.... I'm not sure what. Hopefully something half decent!

Awesome, thanks! I didn't realize there was a DIY option! I've only seen the machined ones. I notice he had home made fender flares too.... Hmmmmmm.....

If its just rubbing the door skin you could peel back the vinyl cover, cut out a notch in the masonite where it rubs and staple the vinyl back.

You could also use duct tape, eh? More or less the same colour as the grey lining.

It's actually pulling the panel off and peeling it back, so I think some cut'n will have to take place. But not until spring decides to show up out here.
