Hi all. I'm wondering if anybody recognizes this semi-decorative set of hard-wired lights that are often seen on the front of 1994 L400s. Some of the bulbs are going out, so it's not looking so great and I'd like to swap out both sets for new ones.
I have visited the usual car parts outlets, and nobody seems to carry this. Any ideas where I can find replacements?

Try ebay. There are literally thousands of variants available. The other option would be to crack the light open and replace the LEDs with new ones.

They are less than 6$ on eBay. Quality is pretty poor. They don't burn out but the heat isn't heat sinked properly burning out the led attachment. This causes the flickering and bulb failure.
