Just grab a set of Toyota 4Runner steel rims. You can find them anywhere for super cheap.

Save yourself more money by buying a couple cans of plasti-dip, forget powder coating.
Just buy any set of wheels you like regardless of condition and do 4 to 5 coats of the plasti-dip without removing the wheels from the vehicle.
