what spark plug wires for gas delica?

Im looking for some friendly advice.I have a 96 super exceed (gas powered 6G72 engine)and I was thinking of changing the spark plug wires when I next change the spark plugs but not sure which sets work. I find two part numbers which adds to my confusion.

MD371794

Would a monetero 3l set work and if so which year the 94 or later?

Oh just tell me which set you changed to!

google is a great asset. This is what the 2 wire sets are.

MD-371794 Spark Plug Wire SET fit 97-04 Mitsubishi Montero Sport XLS Sport 3.0L
MD-173402 Spark Plug Wire SET fit 95-96 Mitsubishi Montero LS Sport 4D V6 3.0L

Try this set off Ebay or try rockauto.

I haven't changed my wires (40K kms now) but if close to the border I'd look at Rockauto otherwise ebay or Napa or Lordco.

I like this place to find part numbers but I'm sometimes quilt of over researching and trying to find multiple sites verifying what I find which isn't always easy. Plus I'm cheap.

This time it came up with a part but nothing listed for sale MD341387

This place below is good too but this time the number comes up MD173402 (so did the forum delica.com or UK I can't remember)

I see you've found JDM Online Catalogue. You put your VIN in the Mitsubishi field and it's pretty accurate. You can correlate your findings with any of the other parts search engines in Delica FAQ Section (Useful Links for Vehicle Part Identification Purposes), which have pictures.

Falco, thanks I added a few more links to my knowledge base. It really helps to have a few sites, now that we (wife and I) have three JDMs all different models it pays to know about the cars we own.
