Does anybody have any ideas of how to get a broken off key out of the ignition?? Cannot be reached by pliers. It's in there deep.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Key broke in ignition
You have to remove the plastic cover from the steering column first. (steering wheel stays)
Unplug the wiring harness for the ignition.
Then unbolt the key mechanism from the steering column.
Push the broken key out from behind with a pick/small screw driver.
If that won't work call a locksmith.
