Center caps wanted - Aftermarket rims????

My Deli came with a set of corroded aluminum rims that cleaned up rather well. Now I am on the hunt for center caps.
Problem is the only common aftermarket units available prevent the rim from mounting flush to the hub......take out the cap and no problem with fit, just an ugly casting showing through the hole. Has anyone got a line on caps that work??
Here's what mine look like (some one elses Deli is modeling them for me.

Yeah I joined the Dark Side because the medical plan is top shelf!
