99 delica super exceed
I recently purchased a 1999 delica super exceed V 6 gas engine with 65,000 kms, and it has started to blow blue smoke after descending hills. Any thoughts on the fix?

Do you have a garage you can trust? They will prob do a compression test and maybe a cylinder balance test to determine valve or rings. Years ago I did rings on a Mazda and found the valves a problem months later. I'd do both now.
Was it burning oil or overheating when you bought it? Any odd noises? What led up to this?
I have a 99 chamonix with 45K kms now, new w 33K kms a year ago. It's a great running van.
Good luck

Re: 99 delica super exceed
Thanks for the feedback. It's a recent purchase from Five Star Auto. I paid a premium price for what appeared as a premium vehicle, it runs great so it was disappointing to see the smoke appear. I agree it will likely need a valve job, and I did purchase the extended warranty, hopefully this repair is covered.
