what does the top of your rear ladder look like?

I bought a ladder from Japan, not a Terzo but probably they all hook up the same way.

Mine ends with just two bolts at the top, I am wondering what the two bolts connect to normally.
Some kind of plate I imagine which goes below the door and ceiling, possibly rubber?

Can you take a picture and post it for me? I probably need to make one since the owner of the ladder never shipped that part to me. :-(
