Solar Powered Stereo and Cigarette Lighter in Delica L300

With a solar power on board now I can take advantage of free electricity. One of the things that really is important in my case is the ability to have music and 12 volt power through the cigarette lighter while I am parked. My Delica does not allow me to use neither when I am parked without turning an ignition on. Sure, I could rewire it but I would be still pulling electricity from my start batteries, and that is not cool.
