What do you think if I order this Suspension Lift kit, upgraded with the Rancho Shocks from Australia. I mean the kit with coils spring, torsion bar and shocks.

Does somebody already ordered?
I am waiting for a quote with shipping included. I talked with some guys here in Cold Lake and they it is not that bad. In Canada the biggest issue is shipping for everything.
I will replace all balls joint and link at the same time. My old lady needs some love.
Suspension from Australia.

PG--Heavy duty TB's only come from Aus! Try Dobinsons. They build em for everyone.
Shocks are everywhere, lift kit can be fabbed in a machine shop or by self at Can Metals in cut pieces. Coils springs (2"lift) at CC auto in Coombs, Buy a drill, make a press etc.
It's time or money. lots of time if you source it yourself, lots of money if you buy it in one package

Re: Suspension from Australia.
It is what I will do. I already send an email to CCAuto for springs, ball joints and everything that I need to rebuilt my suspension. $$$$ But better and safer ride. Do I really need upper ball joint spacer for 2'' lift or if ajusting T bar is enough??
The only thing that it left to resolve is the sway bar link. I'am thinking to buy 4 HEIM joint and build my own for the front and 2'' spacer for the rear.
Find Rancho shocks in Canada Youp youp!!
Wait for the CCAuto quote for ordering my stuff. Very existed to lift my Van acually..
I will look at these torsion bar right now. Do you have theme on your Deli?? Does it make a bigg difference??
Thank you.

Re: Suspension from Australia.
518.30 AUD for pair of HD torsion bar, shipping included. 359.70 AUD for the T bar.
I am very interested to get HD T bar. It is my budget that will have the last word.

PG
Try w/o the spacer and look at the angles of the uppper ball joint, CV axle joints and wheel camber. Some vans seem to lift okay w/o the spacer.
Upper bj's always suffer and need more frequent replacement, sometimes the C/V axle joint is excessive and only a body lift can lessen the angle. BJ spacers are a PITA to make and if too tight a fit can damage the upper control arm.
Watch the inside tire to upper control arm clearance after lifting. The tire can be cut by the sharp edge of the UCA when cornering and crashing around off road.
Do an alignment after finishing as the delica wishbone suspension has little tolerance and always is pushed to give good wheel camber after......
have fun

Re: Suspension from Australia.
Thank you for your precious advice. I think I will go with upper spacer instead of trying without and having to order the spacer later. I can't let my van on the lift at our car club to long plus I need my van. It is my everyday car.
For the tire clearance, I have after market wheel with -5mm offset, should be good.
When you say PITA to make, do you means it is easy to make??
Sorry English it is not my first language and something when I read, sound like chinesse for me..
For the alignment, it is the same camber toe ect... isn't it??
Thank you.

PITA is " pain in the ass."
Buy a block of aluminum the height you want to lift, drill it and cut it, then grind it to a final shape. or buy a ready made block from one of the delica.ca machinists.
The major alignment shops all use the same min/max specs for raised vehicles from a guide or??
My caster was 3.68 left & 4.21 right, camber .05 left and -.25 right. Next time may be different with a new upper RH control arm. I'll post the results.

Re: Suspension from Australia.
I'll go with a upper ball joint spacer from CCAuto. It will be the easier way. I will post some picture of my deli before and after. When it will be done.
Thank for the english slang course.
