Possible harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley issue?

Hopefully I did not damage anything else using my Van in this condition: the worst would be a crankshaft problem....Will manage her while waiting for the parts

Did changed the Crankshaft Pulley so OK in that aspect BUT my problem was not there: Faulty Water Pump (woobling Pulley) was what was creating the noise : the noise was exactly like here but not as loud:
