Where does one find Body Clips for an L400?

Where does one find Body Clips for an L400?

I need to pull of a lot of my interior body panels, and of course, all the body clips being old plastic are shattering.

I have searched online, and I can't find any matching body clips like the ones on my L400.

To be sure, I have found some similar ones, but finding the same ones with the same colour is nigh impossible.

What do you guys use when you replace body clips?
