I spotted this lineup in Parksville today at 5Star. Not sure where to post them
I have NO affiliation with the business at all, but liked the line-up.

Re: A Herd of Delicas in Parksville
I vacationed last summer in Parksville, and did a double-take when I saw the same thing after I crossed the bridge into town!

Hmmm, this group looks far too poised to be termed a "horde" of Delicas...

I agree - far too poised. Not a horde, but a Delicorium (remember?).jwfchase wrote:Hmmm, this group looks far too poised to be termed a "horde" of Delicas...

Re: A Herd of Delicas in Parksville
Nice pics - especially the third one in which I see in the foreground, for the first time since it's come back from the paint shop, my new replacement ( re: http://www.delica.ca/forum/bummer-1786. ... 648#p11648 ) Super Exceed! Got to go pick it up next Friday now that Glen has also worked his magic. Very similar to my previous one but with custom steering wheel, chrome bars, but no curtains crossing behind the front seats
. A late '91 instead of a '92, but has the 2nd row shoulder belts etc., etc. like a '92. Still miss the first one - hope this one proves as good.
Just have to come up with some cash to add to the pittance ICBC wants to give me for a '92 Super Exceed I bought just 3 months ago (but that's another post).
On a lighter note, I never got involved in the "collective noun" discussion but seeing the photos of this line up, I immediately thought not of a herd nor a horde, but a smorgasb(h)ord(e) or a "delicatessen" if you will. Mararmeisto?

Look to http://www.delica.ca/forum/collective-noun-1925-30.html for my thoughts...sahdot wrote:On a lighter note, I never got involved in the "collective noun" discussion but seeing the photos of this line up, I immediately thought not of a herd nor a horde, but a smorgasb(h)ord(e) or a "delicatessen" if you will.
