Front Ventilator or fan doesn't work
Can it be because of a fuse that the front fan wouldn't work. The fan in the back of the van is working. Is there english diagrams for the fuse boxes?

Could be fuse, could be the brushes on the motor. If it's the brushes you'll need a new motor. Google L400 fuse diagram and a guide should come up.
Good luck

Thanks, I did find the two diagrams, Would it be the fuse box under the hood or the one under the steering? Under the hood would it be the ''front condensor fan'' ? or under the steering it would be the ''heater'' fuse?

It would be under the dash. Heater and or heater relay. That is also a common problem with the L400. The heater relay behind the glove box gets fried. Have a Google search for "L400 heater relay" and info should come up. On second thought this is most likely your issue.
