Posted this in L300 technical but no response yet
I had my van up on ramps which was also on an incline for about a month while I took out and replaced the alternator ( yes I took my time). Alternator is back in and working now but van won't shift into gear now. Can move the automatic shifter but the van won't come out of neutral. Any suggestions are welcome.
transmission linkage?

transmission linkage?
Have you checked the transmission fluid? It’s an easy first thing to check...?
