Laughed in your face? I don't get it, he works in a hobby store. Pot meets kettle? Or did you actually succeed in outnerding him?

Those models are rad. Someone make a limo?

Once I get the body mounts sorted, I've just got to go ahead and build the damn thing! (and somehow 'stack' the FET's to stop the bigger wheels burning out the board??)

So Bruce... in actual fact you've got F I V E of these vehicles on the go at the same time, as it were. Aaaaannnnddddd, I suppose you're going to tease us with how you only paid 20£ for it, too! A pox on you, I say, a pox.

Thanks mate.....you'll really wish something on me when you see this:

Oh - and they were £20 each too! (well guessed) A guy near me brought them in from Japan as a 'job lot'. He sold all the L400 ones straight away but couldn't find anyone to buy the two 'lowly' L300 ones. I was more than happy to oblige!

One is going to be fitted to the RC chassis (as above - a Kyosho Overland RC motor with Tamiya wheels etc...) and the other will remain in the box until I have the courage to build it up properly....I'm not too good with models....my wrenches don't tend to work too well on tiny plastic! Maybe it'll just stay in the box nice & safe?

A full-size or another model? Either way, don't tell Mystery Machine or he'll start digging around looking for change... :o
