i want to get a delica and run it off wvo but I have too many questions......i live in whistler and this would be the perfect vehicle for me......if anyone has answers to these that would be great...
is it a bad idea to run a WVO conversion if I am not very keen with engines?
is there certain places to get it serviced?
is it hard to get parts while in the states?
im sure there will be more questions in the future as well.
Thanks,
Craig

Re: too many questions...
Hi and welcome to this forum!
To answer some of your question:
1) WVO is a great idea to help with environment and reduce your dependence of big oil company. If you're not comfortable with the install you can get it done locally. There's Noel at EnviroImports on this site that has a kit and contacts to have it installed. Most of them are on the Island. Reliability once installed is a question that I can't answer as I don't have mine done yet.
2) You can get it service at CVI Automotive in Richmond, they are excellent. MardyDelica is a good contact for them and tons of knowledge. Glen at CCautos on the Island is another excellent shop to work on those beasts.
3) The little brother of these vans were shortly produced in the states and may have some similar parts but worse case you could always get it FedEx to you from one of the great parts guys on this site.
In any case, I would suggest to get one and drive it for a while. Then do your research on WVO and decide from there if it's right for you.
Good luck!
