and yes, I definitely have the Delica Grin... ear to ear! :D
I'm back in my work van today after driving the Delica for the past couple days... somehow it was easy to get used to the Delica, but it's hard to get used to my work van again... I have to basically sit on my right hand so that I don't try to signal turns with the gear selector!

Oohh, clean looking! You could eat off the inside of those fender wells. Those are some of the best looking decals I have seen on a Deli. Nice ride. 8)

What's up with the tow ball in the front when there doesn't appear to be a tow ball in back? Front tow balls are pretty handy for people like me who have been backing up trailers for 20 years and ain't getting any better.

Nice wheels too.

THAT is the big mystery of this vehicle... I can definitely see wanting one in the front for moving trailers around, but I can't see why you'd want the front one if you didn't have a back one... either way, I'll be trying to add one in the rear, and I'm not sure what to do about the front one, considering removing it...

I do however like the bare-metal look of the bull bar with the plastic removed, I think it looks a little more rugged or something...

The decals... I'm still undecided on those... sometimes I love 'em... sometimes I want to replace them with something else... we shall see...

as for clean... well it was when it left Vancouver... but the trans-canada between there and Calgary was not kind to it... in addition to all the dirt it accumulated, I also added 3 stone chips to the windshield and one to the headlights in just that short trip! :x washed it again yesterday... and that must have caused the storm today....

The van looks really good, I like that colour combo!

Thanks for all the effort James, it's been a long wait... but you and the rest of JDM have been really good throughout the whole thing...

I'm still waiting on the paperwork for the warranty... and the LHD headlights... but it's finally all coming together, and I do really enjoy the vehicle so far.

Hi Green1
After hearing about your plight, and the efforts that JDM Wholesale took to right an unforseen problem with your new purchase, I hearby apologize for any slights or doubts I may have thrown at this company ...Testimonials I have read on this forum from people who have bought these vehicles from JDM W surely overshadow my brief 30 minute conversation and test drive experience...The president of JDM even messaged me, and apologized for the inconvienience...now that's class! 8)

I got mine from them to. I also find there service very good. My Delica was kind of a unique sittuation. It was slightly damaged comming off the contaner so it was put up for auction on ebay. They pulld it off ebay emidiatly when I was interested. I almost bought a toyota prado. They told me about these vans. They are great to deal with and I can tell they care about offering good customer sirvice before and after the byer gets the viehicle. I recomend this company to anyone.

collector: that's ok, I know there are people on here who are quite happy with importers that I had no luck with as well... everyone's experience is different.

when it came to my purchasing decision, I contacted a LOT of importers... only 4 ever replied, of those, 2 never replied to my second contact...
of the remaining 2, I would recommend both.

Obviously you heard of how things went with JDM Wholesale,
**** EDIT: removing my recomendation for Luxury imports due to their recent change in attitude slandering the entire import process, flinging baseless accusations at other importers and exporters, and admission of illegal importing ****

When it comes right down to it I would recommend either of those companies without hesitation. This isn't to say that there aren't other good companies out there, just that I didn't talk to them during my process...
