Front lift- How much?
Ok It is probable on the site some where but I cant seem to find it. How much lift can you gain in the front end without premature u-joint failure? Yes you can get alot of lift but something has to give when you start changing drive line angles. I would just like to know what the limit is between lift and reliability.

front lift is easy with the torsion bars, as long as all you are doing is cranking them up you're ok, generally you can get about 2" of lift (past level) in the front with just the torsion bars, any more starts to get quite complicated.

The end result should be that the vehicle is even, right to left, and back to front. measure at the top centre arch of the wheel well with a metal tape measure from the ground up. Torsion bar is very very slow, as you are winding up very fine threads, get comfy. Christine.
