A good friend of mine Doug runs the Kamloops AutoPro on East Victoria st. He wont do you wrong; a no nonsense kind of guy. + Franco's seems to be quite expensive.

Franco's - Talk to Jay, the guy is great. they have been working on my Deli about three times now and seem totally honest and up front. sure they might be a bit pricier (although I am not sure about that), but I trust them and the work they have done for me (new water pump, timing belt, tensioner belt, starter gear, oil change, and rad hose) are all working great.
