Just thought I'd say hi. We just bought our delica and love it so far. It's a standard with a low top end speed that I would like changed as well as it only has one 45L tank that we seem to need to fill all the time. I don't spend a lot of time on forums (would rather be in the shop creating mods) but I like the info and love to add my two bits. Would like to get together with other owners in the lower mainland if/and/or the time permits as both of us work and we only have four kids to drive around.

Re: Morning all
I just noticed that no-one said "hello" back at you. Must apologise for that.
Do you have pictures of your ride? We all like to see the introductory picture. Don't fret about not posting that often - reading is good, especially if you're learning how to care for your van.
Anyway, welcome and well met.

Re: Morning all
Thanks, sorry no pics yet, It's a typical jade on silver. I've already talked with a few of the members and started some mods. Did the tailgate lift, all bull bars removed sandblasted and powder coated in black, moving the exhaust to side discharge, getting a roof cage for spare so I can put extra stuff under the rear like another fuel tank and set up for a hydraulic winch (will run a pump off its own motor so I can pull without the engine running), working on skid plates and winch mount with more beef, repair the seat wobble, etc., etc. I can only do these mods slowly as I need permission from my loving wife. (She also doesn't want me to do too much until the warranty is up)
I need to get some stickers though, so I might just order them because I don't get out of the Valley much.
I'll keep in touch,
Andrew

Re: Morning all
A manual tranny should have a 65 litre tank. I am in North Van, if you want to get together and talk ~ PM me and we can meet for coffee if you like... smiles.

Re: Morning all
Hey Falco, I must be doing something wrong because I just ran it out (sputtered, hiccuped, and died - almost killed the batt getting going again) put 5L in from a jerry can then went and squeezed 46.688L in at the station at a NASTY $1.30
. I know there is always a couple of liters left in the tank that just never gets out. That would give me approx. a 50L tank. I know there are a million different option to these vans, just maybe I got the runt of the litter in the fuel tank department. I'll PM you and maybe we can get together.

Make sure you prime/pump out the extra air from the system if you ran dry.
