Well, looks like the weather is against us for camping, so we'll probably go after all. Should be a guarantee of a beautiful sunny day now.

Re: Japanese Vehicle show & Shine??
That's not a bad idea! Since registration starts at 9AM, maybe we can meet at Ogden point point at say, 0830-45, and take the horde down from there? It's a nice drive, and if it's the park I'm thinking of, there is a Starbuck's right nearby.

Re: Japanese Vehicle show & Shine??
I just checked an earlier post, we had a meet/ drive at gyro park back in February, so there is a Starbuck's handy! Plus we will get to drive through the posh part of town, belching black smoke and the like! (well, I will. I love my new exhaust!)

Well, I guess I will see you guys tomorrow at Ogden Point!
(at least it wasn't the worst thing to happen to me this week!)
Going back into town tomorrow works for me, 'cause afterwards I can go and pick up some zombies!

Re: Japanese Vehicle show & Shine?? Some pics!!
I'm sure there were other vehicles there, but I didn't get past photographing Camp Delica. Hopefully the others took some pictures and will post them.

I was a really nice day for an outing (even better than yesterday!
) Blue Van Group showed up (incognito), as did Artacoma. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who showed up for a little bit with the sweet Jasper. I think we scared him off, as we were all looking at his Terzo ladder with ladder lust in our eyes!
Noel from Enviro Imports dropped by and crawled under Stubblebut and the Landmaster, giving us a a short but sweet inspection (The verdict was pretty much as expected, tranny and engine mounts, as well as some bushings!) He liked my muffler (Is it just me,ordoes that sound Naughty?)
We will definitely need to arrange to have a larger turnout next year, that or plan a Delica-only event, sorta like what the Cadillac Club does at Fort Rodd Hill.
