Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Hi Jesse, aren't most L300 7.25" Diff's? Pajero's can, in the V6 model, come with a 8". Malahat auto wreckers likes to buy up wrecked imports, and had Pajero's there a year ago. Lots a westie gear to poke there there two - that's where we were to get an awning. The outer limits 4x4 forum has a full Mitsi spec list. What about a Dodge Raider or Ram 50 truck, in 4x4, in a similar year? I always meant to get a wrecker to search for me.

Yep. Confirmed.

We have the smaller 7.25" front diffs.

So no ARB locker in that one. Will need to swap it with the 8" diff.

Thanks Kevin

I'm waiting to see when you try to install an independent rear suspension... or possibly portal axles with torque tubes!

Ermmmm, are those in the same section of the auto parts store as the Muffler Bearings?

You probably won't find portal axles axles or torque tubes in your run of the mill parts store but they are slightly more valid than the infamous muffler bearing!
Especially if you want you vehicle to have this kind of clearance:

Two defenders The one on the left has portals.

Or this 4runner

Very cool stuff!
